Passito wine made from white extra ripe grapes. It’s a characteristic wine appreciated by connoisseurs with strong historical and cultural features, strictly and deeply linked to the traditions and the territory of origin.
GRAPES: Extra ripe white grapes slowly and naturally dried on the Riolo Terme vine rows.
VINEYARDS: White grapes.
APPEARANCE: Sweet liqueur-like wine, amber-coloured.
FLAVOUR: The aroma reminds mature fruits, honey and vanilla; the taste is velvety and sweet, persistent and with very pleasant notes of jam.
VINIFICATION: It takes place according to the oldest traditions by softly pressing the grapes and a following maturation in small oak kegs.
